SERVICES

I offer psychological therapy for a broad range of concerns, including:

  • depression & anxiety (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, OCD)

  • PTSD, complex trauma & dissociative experiences

  • attachment difficulties

  • relationship difficulties

  • health problems (e.g. diabetes)

  • self-image and self-worth, existential crises, personal development

  • loss and grief

I also work with couples experiencing challenges due to:

  • emotional disconnection, intimacy problems

  • communication difficulties

  • infidelity

  • conflicting hopes, dreams, identities, parenting styles, etc.

MY APPROACH

I see myself as a nurturing and compassionate psychologist. My connection to you, whether you come to therapy on your own or as a couple, is enormously important to how I work.

I am committed to understanding how you see things like no one else. My hope is that, over the course of therapy, we can work in partnership to help you uncover new insights and ways of being, relating to, or experiencing the world.

I practice with cultural humility and support individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. My own background is South Asian - I was born in India (Hindi speaker) and moved to Australia at a young age.

Growing up living between two cultures shaped my interest in the experiences of those struggling with issues that relate to one’s existential being - about identity, belonging and inclusivity.
